AI video generator

Some shots are not worth a camera: a teaser, a cutaway, a background you will talk over. Describe what you want and pick a model. The balanced tier is good enough to publish, and the premium tier is for the shot that carries the video.

What it does

  • Nine models across two tiers, each one stating what it takes and what it costs in credits, so choosing is a comparison rather than a guess.
  • Start and end frames where the model supports them: hand it the shot you are leaving and the shot you are arriving at, and it makes the move between them.
  • Length, resolution, aspect ratio and the switches each model takes are its own, so you only ever see the settings that model actually uses.
  • Sound is written with the picture on the models that make it, so a talking shot arrives in sync instead of needing a separate pass.
  • Describe the clip to the advisor if you cannot tell the models apart, and it names the two or three that fit and says why.
  • Credits come back when a run is refused or fails partway, so a prompt that does not work costs a retry rather than a charge.

How it works

  1. 01 Describe the clip in the prompt box.
  2. 02 Pick a model from the list, or describe what you want to the advisor and let it choose.
  3. 03 Set the length, the shape and the resolution the model offers, and add a start frame if the shot continues from a still.
  4. 04 Run it, watch it go, and download the MP4 when it lands.

Questions

Which model should I use?
Start on a balanced model to find out whether the prompt works, because it comes back quickly and costs a fraction of the premium tier. Once the idea holds, run the same prompt on a premium model if the shot is carrying the video. The advisor picks for you if you would rather not compare.
Can I use an image of my own as the first frame?
Yes, on the models that take one. Upload it and the clip opens on that frame, which is how a generated shot picks up from something you already filmed. A few models also take a closing frame, so you can name both ends of the move and let it fill in the middle.
Why do the models cost different amounts?
Because they cost different amounts to run, and the price here follows the model rather than the tool: the cheapest model on the page is five credits and the best is sixty. The price of the model you have selected is on the run button before you press it, and per second models charge by the length you choose.
What happens if the run fails?
The credits go back to your balance and the run is marked failed with the reason on it. A model that refuses the prompt, or a task that never finishes, leaves you where you started.
