Questions people ask before they pay

Do I need a plan to use the panel?

Not for seven of the tools. The video downloader, the video editor, assets, the thumbnail generator, the thumbnail resizer, the frame viewer and MP4 to MP3 are open on the free plan. Everything else needs one.

What are credits, and do the plans include them?

Credits are what a run costs. Every paid plan adds credits every month, or the whole year at once on an annual plan, and unused credits stay in your balance.

Do any tools cost extra on top of the plan?

No. A plan is the only thing you pay for. Credits come with the plan and are the currency a run spends, so a month of heavy use costs the plan and nothing else.

What happens to my credits if I cancel?

They stay in your balance, and the free tools stay open. What stops at the end of the period is the plan tools and the monthly grant.

Can I get a refund?

All purchases are final, including a period you have not used. The Refund Policy on its own page sets out the exceptions in full.
